Empower
The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said:
"No doubt this wealth is sweet and green. Blessed is the wealth of a Muslim, from which he gives to the poor, the orphans and needy travellers." [Bukhari, Muslim]
We invite you to join us on our endeavour to empower the Muslims who are struggling in our community. We have developed several projects in which your involvement and generosity will really make a difference to the lives of those living below the poverty line. Not only will you have purified your wealth by fulfilling your obligation of Zakat, but you will have made a huge difference to your Muslim brothers and sisters, who have previously had to turn to other faith groups to help them out.
It is part of our human nature to think about how to increase our wealth or how to get the best return on our investments, and it is very easy for us to hold on to our excess wealth as a safety net for our futures. However, Allah has guaranteed that whatever wealth we give for His sake and His pleasure, He will not only replace, but give us more in return. So take this opportunity to invest in both your dunya and akhira insha Allah.
